Feedback Policy

Sinclair Pharmacy welcomes feedback on how we provide accessible customer service. Customer feedback will help us identify barriers and respond to concerns.

Customers will be notified on how to provide feedback in the following ways:

i) Sign posted at the entrance and dispensary waiting area.

ii) Posted on our website at www.sinclairpharmacy.ca

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Sinclair Pharmacy provides goods, services, or facilities to people with disabilities can provide feedback in the following ways:i) Approach a pharmacist, who will direct you to an owner

ii) Call: (519) 271-8940 and ask to speak to an owner

iii) Email: info@sinclairpharmacy.ca

iv) Submit written comments to pharmacist, or by mail to: 

12 Wellington Street, Stratford Ontario N5A 7V4

All feedback, including complaints, will be directed to an owner of the pharmacy.  Customers can expect to hear back within 7 business days.

Sinclair Pharmacy will make sure our feedback process is accessible to people with disabilities by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, on request.
